Warning - Office 365 unsubscribe ALL if using List-Unsubscribe in email header

This has now occurred on 2 occasions.

If an Office 365 user clicks SPAM too many times (perhaps) and you are using List-Unsubscribe with a URL in your email messages, Office 365 will hit the List-Unsubscribe URL for ALL users within the domain.

We have restored some tables due to this issue AND removed List-Unsubscribe in search for a better solution.

I don't know why they are doing this.  But it seems like they save these unsubscribe URLs and hit them all at once, if triggered.
