Hi Cynthia, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Do you get the same results in other browsers like Chrome? If so, can you try selecting all of them and choosing Delete, then let it run for a few minutes? I think the confirmation might be trying to load but before it can do that it has to assess how many tickets are being purged and on slower servers this might take a little while.
If that doesn't help, try opening your browser's Developer Tools>Console area to see if any errors are being generated when you try to delete those tickets. Worst case scenario you should be able to find and delete those tickets via Advanced Search as well which might help. Let me know what you find out there :)
