cannot delete multiple tickets

I had a slew of automated tickets that came in and I just need to delete them all.
I have already tried Select-All>Delete but it just refreshes the screen - no prompt or confirm.
If I delete one at a time, the confirm delete appears.
I am using a version from 2019, but I can't find out what version exactly.
Any suggestions would be useful.
Browser: Brave, all shields down
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Hi Cynthia, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Do you get the same results in other browsers like Chrome? If so, can you try selecting all of them and choosing Delete, then let it run for a few minutes? I think the confirmation might be trying to load but before it can do that it has to assess how many tickets are being purged and on slower servers this might take a little while. 

If that doesn't help, try opening your browser's Developer Tools>Console area to see if any errors are being generated when you try to delete those tickets. Worst case scenario you should be able to find and delete those tickets via Advanced Search as well which might help. Let me know what you find out there :)

Man, I really should've done that before, but I am so convinced were are at a more conforming browser world, I psyched myself out.
Thank you - Firefox and patience.
Brave definitely doesn't want to work.

Hi Cynthia! I did some testing on this under Brave in Windows and MacOS, but so far I'm not able to reproduce. How many tickets roughly were you trying to delete when it failed in Brave?
