Is there an option in SmarterTrack to set the meta robots tag to noindex, nofollow?

Thank you,

Hello Nick! I asked our development team to look into this as our robots.txt is generated dynamically, and they explained that we do implement noindex, nofollow on some portal pages such as Tickets, Settings, Reports, etc. I think the reason we're not implementing that elsewhere is that some organizations want their KB articles being returnable via search. That said, I'd be happy to get a feature request escalated to implement some controls for administrators so this can be adjusted.

Hey Kyle,
Similar request so piggy backing...

For our company, we don't actually use or want anyone using the "customer" frontend, i.e. domain.com/Main/ any hints how to redirect that to another site of ours, or maybe a feature request?
We only need our agents to reach (via direct link) domain.com/management/

thanks

Hey there Artur! We can definitely submit a feature request on this for you. In the meantime, an IIS Redirect (IIS Rewrite Module or similar) is probably your best bet. If you use something like Cloudflare for DNS and whatnot you can also do pattern-based redirections on their end too!
