Preview Pane - Below (with existing Right and None)

Proposed
Can we bring back the older preview pane setting of Below, so we could have Side, Below and None.
Some of our users still prefer the Below setting which was removed.

As it existed before, it seems like it would be easier to re-add back in the html/css.
