When I type a word into the search box at the top of the ticket list, I don't expect tickets without that word appearing anywhere in the text to be returned; yet that seems to be par for the course, and I have to use advanced search if I want to trust that the tickets I'm searching for are the only ones returned.

What am I doing wrong?
