Chat popup is blank

Resolved
The online chat function has been working fine. Until a recently. Not sure if it was on the upgrade from 8243 to 8271. The chat window loads but clicking on the chat link brings up a blank chat window, this is across multiple browsers as well as platforms.

We were able to apply a fix for this issue. You should find that the live chat "offline" message is now appearing as expected. Please do additional testing with your online live chat, and let me know if you have any other concerns.
