Cannot view conference room entries in Outlook calendar

In Smartermail 8125 I have created a User Group with 2 users (including myself). Then created a "MeetingRoom", type "Conference Room" shared resource with Full access to the User Group. 

I then enter a test meeting in my web view which is displayed in my Calendar in the web interface.

In Outlook 2016 or 365, in my calendar I "Open Calendar" "From Room List" and select the MeetingRoom. This is then displayed as "Rooms" group with "MeetingRoom" indented below in the left nav column Neither of the tick boxes respond and the MeetingRoom entries cannot be viewed.

Have I missed something?
