Hi David, sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Most modern browsers will block camera/microphone access if there isn't an HTTPS connection in use - so I wanted to ask if you have that in place and are accessing the video conference from that connection rather than HTTP?

Correct, that should meet the security requirements of the browser and allow you to grant microphone/camera permissions to the website.
