Hey Gary!
I realize this post is a bit dated, but I wanted to chime in to share something with you. Our company is the developer of Declude. Declude is an anti spam system that a lot of SmarterMail users use. It relies heavily on RBLs. We have an in-house server running Declude with many RBLs enabled. The point is to see which RBLs are most accurate at catching spam with the least amount of false-positives.
With that being said, we have also developed a program called Spam Weather (SPWX) which analyzes Declude logs and outputs the info into a chart which shows which RBLs are working the best. I went ahead and ran a report for you based on our server's RBLs.
I'm unable to post the report here because it is an HTML file that you will need to view locally. I also have instructions on how to read the SPWX report because there is a lot to review
If you would like to email me at my address in my signature, I'm happy to provide you with these things.
Also.. this offer is open to anyone who wants this info. Just shoot me an email and I will be happy to share!
