When SmarterMail calls Declude (or any other external spam filter using the PROC folder), it makes one call for every recipient of every message.   I don't do any custom filtering based on recipient, so it is a waste of resources to evaluate the same message 30 times for a 30-recipient message.   I would like a configuration option to specify whether to invoke spool\proc once per message, once per recipient domain, or once per recipient email address.
