Enable event priority and delay

Currently there is no way to define in what order the events in smartertrack are executed, not having full controll over the result (e.g. when sending 2 different e-mails in a row).

We are proposing to enhance events by adding a priority to them, as well as a delay in the form of not do anything else for 5min after the last event on this item has fired.

Anyone also would like to add this?
