Add a dateCreated Field for User Accounts

I don't know if SM already has this info in the user database, but we would LOVE a dateCreated field in the user export, and hopefully as well in the Accounts > Users view. We bill our customers annually and sometimes notice that they create additional addresses between billing periods, and we have no idea how long the new ones have been there to prorate.

Huh. Just noticed for the first time that I can create an Event Trigger that sends me an email when a User Account is created, but still, keeping track of the user account creation dates would be very helpful.

Hello, 

Thanks for reaching out with this feature request. I will go ahead and get this escalated. As a workaround for now you could just go to C:\SmarterMail\Domains\example.com\Users Right-Click the user's folder-> Properties on this page you can see the date the folder was created. Or if you want to do it programmatically you could use the GetUser API call. https://mail.smartertools.com/Documentation/api#/reference/SmarterMail.Web.Controllers.Api.DomainSettingsController/GetUser

This Call will return the date the account was created as well.
