Windows OS using SmarterTrack
Question asked by Shannon Yates - 3/18/2022 at 10:44 AM
I was curious if there were any Windows requirements for a user to access the portal sites?

We have the portal running and an outside user has indicated that while using Chrome, they were unable to access the site. I can access via Chrome, but I was wondering if there was something else that I may not be thinking of that can cause the user to access the link but not log in?
Thank you,
Shannon Yates

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Besides having an internet connection and being able to run the latest version of a browser and be able to keep time there are not really any requirements. I would recommend having the user change their DNS servers as ISP DNS servers can sometimes be buggy.

Please let me know if this helps.

Kind regards,

To add to what Zach said, here's where you'll find the supported browsers: SmarterTrack Browser Requirements.
