Kicked Back to Login Screen While Composing or Brief Idle

We have a few users complaining that while actively composing a new email, they are kicked back to a login screen.  It also happens if they let webmail go idle for even a minute or two, or if they hit Refresh at any time-- instantly returned to the login screen.

We have screen-shared with them and can verify this is not a user exaggeration, it actually happens just like that.

Yesterday we tested with a user in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox-- all up to date versions.  Same behavior happens in all 3 browsers, so we can rule out a browser-specific issue.

Any ideas why, or what can be done to fix?

Hello! Frequently these issues here stem from the session being invalidated due to the time settings on the client PC, security software installed, browser versions, or a variety of other possibilities. A good start is the KB article I've included below, as these are the common causes of this behavior.
