Spam quarantine inbound

I just checked with a ticket that smartermail doesn't have a spam quarantine for incoming messages.
In the antispam configuration it is only possible to specify to block messages with a weight greater than a value.

I find it a little too aggressive. I'd rather have an option to quarantine these messages. At least I could run tests to make sure there are no false positives.

addendum: inbound spam qurantine should also be controllable by users, or at least by domain administrators
I would have an outbound quarantine and a separate inboud quarantine
