I have never activated the smtp blocker for spam

I'd like to check first

I put messages with a weight greater than 30 in the spam folder

Before deciding to delete and / or block messages with weight greater than 50 I would like to check them first.

I would like to quarantine them for a while, but the system won't let me. I can only quarantine outbound spam messages not inbound ones

Why?
