Chrome popup window too small

Hi, SmarterTrack Build 7922 works differently in Chrome (v94.0.4606.61)...

When I click 'New' or 'Reply' in Firefox and Edge I get a good sized popup window with the toolbar displayed as expected:

But in Chrome I see a small sized popup window with the condensed toolbar:

Note: I signed in with the same user in all browsers.

Is the popup size an options setting or a bug when running chrome?

Hello Andrew! I believe the size of the pop-up is a browser setting, can I have you try in Chrome from an Incognito Session and let me know your results? The other thing I'd like to have you review is what your current zoom level settings are configured for in Chrome as I believe this could affect the display of the pop-up window as well. Let me know what you find out there :)

Hi,

OK I have found the issue. I have one high DPI monitor and one normal monitor. If I open on the high dpi monitor it works OK.

To fix this:
1. Right-click on the Chrome icon on your desktop.

2. Select 'Compatibility' tab.

3. Click 'Change high DPI settings'

4. Click 'Override high DPI scaling behaviour'

5. Select 'Application' from the drop down list.

Now it works as expected on the normal monitor.
