Error after connecting mail account in outlook via mapi

i went after that manual to setup an email account via mapi in outlook to test the calendar functionality.

(would be good to include the needed DNS entries for mapi at the manual)


after setup and closing outlook and try to open it again i get following error:
it's an outlook 365

Have you checked "use cache mode" in your account settings?

Hello Stefano

Many thanks for your help. i had to check the "use cache mode" and restart Outlook till it got working. so far till now it works and we will test further.

Good call Stefano! The Use Cached Exchange Mode functionality needs to be enabled with our current implementation of MAPI.
