I can't enable the second agent

Hi Guys, it's time for me to give access to a second tecknician and I am having problem enabling the second agent on my licensed smartertrack, any Idea why?
I've always use it as administrator agent but I do not want to give my tek guy the admin credentials.

I keep getting this message in RED
The agent limit has been reached.
Additional agents can not be added
without reducing the number of agents
or modifying your license subscription.

Per my license subscription I am allowed to have 2 agents.

Please help

Hello Jose, 

If you go to your license page in SmarterTrack what are you showing as your limits?


If this says that you are at your limit you will either need to clean out old users or contact support to upgrade your license.

Hi Tony, thank you for reply, no I only have one agent SmarterTrak.JPG see attached what I noticed that License Key = N/A I don't know what because it has been activated for almost 2 years now.

I tried to enter the License Key to re-activate but it does not let me.

Hi Jose,

I just sent you an email regarding an issue with your license. That email will come from sales@smartertools.com.
