Hello all,

This was a necessary change in order to optimize the loading speed of large domains. Calculating the disk usage for each user in order to allot for sorting was the number one cause for delay when loading large domains. By removing that functionality, large domains will show the Users list considerably faster.

That said, you can still view the disk usage for each user in this area, as we load the disk usage for only the users on the page being viewed. Going forward, we ask that you utilize the Domain Reports > Disk Usage report to compare disk usage across your users. This report automatically loads users in order of most disk space used, while allowing you to modify the sort as needed.

Thank you,
