agent to agent chat removed

Hi

I notice in the 7803 release this feature has been removed - er, why would that be?  has it been replaced by some alternative, we upgraded and now can't access our staff chats - not cool

bump... our team uses the internal DMs too... by taking it out, it only forces us to have to switch to 3rd party team chats (i.e. Slack). 

please revert decision and add agent DMs back into SmarterTrack
