Time log report issues

When I do a custom report on time logs, the subject of the ticket in most cases shows as:
"Automatically created for: Ticket [351-281DCFCD-002D]" for example. Is there a way to change that to the subject that we see on the ticket? Hard to prepare logs for clients and bill for time currently.

also changing the Duration column to show either minutes or hours in decimal so they can be tallied, my clients are typically wanting a spreadsheet to do their own metrics with.

Hi Jordan,

When you view a time log on a ticket you can edit that by using the Actions (...) button in the upper right corner of the time log entry. You can then change the subject of the time log. I'm afraid there is not a setting to change the subject that all automated time logs use though. This would need to be done on each individual automated time log. Unfortunately, there is also not a setting to have the times show with decimals.

Is there a way to have this added to a list of possible new features? I need a way to more easily bill clients for time in a meaningful way for them to know what the items are.
