SmarterTrack Web Interface is Running Slower in Recent Build

Has anyone else noticed this?  In general.  Just clicking through tickets.  Send and Close.  Things like that.

It seems things slowed down in a recent build, but I'm not sure which one.

We are running SmarterTrack Build 7747.

Hi Ron,

I use SmarterTrack all day for my job here and haven't really noticed any slowness. I'd like to see if I can replicate the slowness your seeing, so I have a few questions for you.

  • Are you seeing the slowness only in tickets? Or are you seeing slowness in other areas like reports or settings?
  • Are you noticing the slowness on every ticket or just some tickets? One thing I've noticed is if I send a lot of inline images in ticket responses, those tickets tend to load slower. 
  • Are all agents seeing this slowness on different work stations?
  • What browser and version are you seeing the slowness in? 
  • Have you tried different browsers? If so, which ones?
