Smartertrack Forward Messages Problem

when we forward a message, in the interface we don't see which message has been forwarded and this is bad.

It will be implemented in the future? In which table of SQL are stored the forwarded messages?

Hello Emanuele,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We do everything we can to reduce duplicate data in ticket correspondences, and I'm afraid this appears to be a byproduct of that design. It's not currently possible to see which content was forwarded. However, we will making this change in an upcoming release.
