Please contact support.  We have a utility that can resolve the issue.  We really haven't had many users impacted and I'm assuming your server would have a handful but looking through them would be difficult and why we created the utility.

Hello,

Some feedback for the utility: we used it (~5k domains, ~25k accounts) and it did the job 98%. It failed on some mailbox that we had to process manually but it greatly helped.

I would suggest to make sure you redirect the output of the utility to a log file to review the results and be able to refer to it in case of issue.

Also Tim, I've submitted some enhancement suggestions for the utility in ticket 089-27A32BEF-0B32, if you have some feedback about it.

Kind regards.

Tim Uzzanti  why don't you release this utility to all users in public?

There is a big difference between making a utility for everyone to use and for our teams to use!

Well, shouldn't the admins of smartermail servers have access to such utilities by default, also like the Smartermail File Viewer to read .cfg and .grp files ? It helps troubleshooting and should be shipped with the product for the system admins use.

Tim, I can understand your point, but, as Sebastien wrote, it's supposed that we are all Mail Server administrators with good skills...

Anyway, a question: I don't know if some of our customers have issue with the translation of folders until they tell me that. Can this utility help me find if some accounts are garbled even if the customer has not complained yet?
