Hi,

I am toying with implementing your helpdesk as I try out the free version. I wish to see how, if possible, one can have an agent automatically Logoff after a period of time and/or on browser close? I am looking at sessionstate timeouts but was wondering if there is a perfected way of accomplishing this.
