Can`t connect Outlook 2019 via MAPI

Hi there,
we start a fresh install of outlook on a fresh install of windows pc, give the credentials and thinks (5 other users in same domain working) and outlook end the install screen (automaticaly and manually the same). After the install, outlook starts and give the message:
Webmail woking very well, what is the problem? Deleting .ost and restart not helps. Safe mode not woring. Test on another pc outside of this network, same result, must on the account, with other credentials working perfect.

Hello Alex, for best results you should open a support ticket with us to look into this issue.  Initial connection issues with MAPI can vary from autodiscover, to authentication, to registry settings.  Our support staff will be able to assist you in troubleshooting the issue and will provide steps on what actions will be needed.
