Tested here with the current build of Firefox (no addons etc.). I dont have any issues with the send button.

You may test any incoming email reply , compose 30 seconds or more time hold a while and click send button.

You can not send email  firefox browser. Seems to be okay with chrome & Edge

Hi,
I wanted to test this on our test server before updating our prod to latest build, but I am not able to reproduce it.

What I tried in the webmail:
- Sent myself a mail
- Replied to it writing some stuff and waiting 1 minute or so (it triggered draft autosave), wrote some more stuff and pressed the Send button.

Mail sent. No issue here.
Firefox v79 (win64)

Yeah, working fine here. Asked a few others I know who use FF and they are also not reporting any problems.

Have you tried it on another machine, or different user login from the same machine? Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies?

I tried different machine as well  even fresh firebox installed and checked my chrome and edge is okay where as Firefox v79 (win64)  not able to send.  My webmail under TLS 1.2 &  support the following header
1) Strict Transport Security
2) X-Frame options
3) X-Xss protection
4) X-Contents-type-options.

Those who are using webmail with the above scenario ,  Please send me output .

FYI - Same setup worked before only last three build have issue for firebox

Thanks

I don't doubt you for a second. Hope you get it cleared up.

Binesh,

Maybe it's the combination of one of these headers with firefox (it shouldn't though they are legit options).

Have you checked the firefox developper console for any errors or warning when this happens ?

Kind regards.

Thank you for your clarification. I know the header cause the issue.  However the same header will work earlier release ie before three build.   Why do we compromise security ?
X-Contents-type-options   causing the issue

Thanks

Hello,

You were able to identify X-Contents-type-options as the source of the issue ?
What value have you set for this field ? Maybe ST team could try to reproduce it and take a look about it.

Kind regards.

I thought header issue,  Therefore I have removed all my header and tested in firefox  but I can reproduce issue on reply mail .  Seems to be related to earlier issue

Thank you for all individual test

Hello All

I came to know immediate reply won't affect in firefox browser .   If I delay some time via reply mail  then send button not working
