Ticket duration times are not correct

The release notes state that in build 7348 the duration and idle times were fixed. We just upgraded to build 7422 and our duration times are not correct. Is this known?

Hi Ryan,

I'm sorry you're still having trouble with the ticket duration times.  Since you're license has current Maintenance and Support on it I'm opening a support ticket for this issue on your behalf.  You should hear from a support agent shortly.
