Mark as Read/UnRead Feature for Email Communication in Smarter Track Tickets

I can't mark any specific email inside a ticket as Read or UnRead. It is extremely important when there is lot of conversations under a ticket. It will be helpful if there is such feature so that you can verify you have read every single of them and also some time you may need to take a break after reading some emails and come back to read others.
