UI Inconsistency with Delete Button

Noticed in the latest beta..

When you pop-out a message in it's own window, the Delete button is red (not blue like in preview) and clicking Delete pops up a confirmation box (no confirmation in preview).

Just wondering why the difference and shouldn't they both work the same.

Just a follow-up. Should I bother posting these UI improvements, ideas, inconsistencies with the Beta? Just trying to enhance the product, so when it's released users have a better experience. But won't bother if development is focused on other areas. Thanks.
