Merle, thank you for posting this question.  In our internal reviews, we found that Forwarding to Contact Groups in MAPI was properly functioning.  A previous fix affected this issue, and therefore we did not include a specific FIXED entry for it in the release note.  The other known issue dealing with delegates has been moved to our after release sprint.
