Email move to junk box sometime

I'm sending/receiving normally with a customer (4 mail sent to my inbox), ex address, but suddenly one of these new mail come into junk folder. He send another mail and asked me "Have you received my email?" I checked in the junk box and found there.

So can we ignore spam check (only spam check), and move to inbox if existed in my sent items (that mean the conversations have happened) ?
