Email move to junk box sometime

I'm sending/receiving normally with a customer (4 mail sent to my inbox), ex customer@theirdomain.com address, but suddenly one of these new mail come into junk folder. He send another mail and asked me "Have you received my email?" I checked in the junk box and found there.

So can we ignore spam check (only spam check), and move to inbox if customer@theirdomain.com existed in my sent items (that mean the conversations have happened) ?
