External Providers Not Showing Up in Settings

I’m trying to access the External Providers tab in Settings and it should be in the Tools section but I only have:

API Documentation
Diagnostics
Spool

I am logged in with an Administrator account. How I can access this feature?

Hi Stephanie,

It looks like you are currently using a professional edition license.  The External Providers are only available in the Enterprise edition.  I've also responded to your ticket about this.
