Question about management interface settings layout
Idea shared by Pantheon - 10/10/2019 at 12:42 AM
Under Consideration
See pictures. Why isn't the live chat department settings under departments like ticket and call log department settings? Settings such as auto-delete. This layout is confusing.

We'll take this to the developers. It's not a bad idea, so I changed the category to Idea versus Ask a Question.

Here's a mistake in an email template.

New Email Tickets not Permitted
The email you recently sent with the subject "[%SUBJECT%]" could not be processed.

It's missing the word "be." This is on two different templates.

Email Rejected Due to New Ticket Requirements
Email Rejected Due to Policy

You also use different styling on the template titles, but I'm not sure why. For instance, the line-height on Ticket Closed is 18px, while it's 24px on other template titles, like Survey and Ticket List. Some also have a bottom margin, while others don't. This affects the gap between the title and the text of the body of the template.

On the email verification template: To verify the email address associated to this account, please click the link below. I think "to" should be "with."

On the password reset template: You are receiving this email because you reported trouble logging in to your [%COMPANY%] account.  Our records indicate your user name is: I think the spaces between "in to" and "user name" should be removed, although maybe you can debate the space in "in to."

There are also a number of grammatical mistakes in your documentation. Double words like "the the" or typos. You could probably find a number of them just by running it through a spellchecker.

Thanks, Pantheon. I'll get those errors to the Devs and to our documentation person. We do have some Help changes waiting for the new release before they're published. But I'll make sure some of the more common errors are looked for and addressed.

Looks like you have some old pics here from a previous version that you could delete. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SmarterTrack\MRS\dist\images\Customer
