Ability to set from address on password reset emails
Idea shared by Eric Tykwinski - 10/4/2019 at 5:53 AM
Completed
Seems like Google no longer is accepting system messages due to the MAIL FROM: <>
Example from this morning:
[2019.10.04] 08:14:34.555 [82156] RSP: 550-5.7.1 [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx      14] Messages missing a valid address in From:
[2019.10.04] 08:14:34.555 [82156] RSP: 550 5.7.1 header, or having no From: header, are not accepted. 6si5518690qkl.199 - gsmtp
[2019.10.04] 08:14:34.555 [82156] CMD: QUIT

If possible could we have the option to set this to either a server wide address, or a domain wide, ie postmaster@domain.com.

Hello Eric, you'll need to go over to Settings>System Messages as a system administrator to set the from name and address information on password reset and other system generated messages. Please also make sure you're running our latest release as there were some known issues in and around there in previous releases. Let me know how that works out for you when you have a moment. Have a good one!
