I am using SmarterTrack from past 5 Years on VM but from past 3-4 months I am regularly facing an issue like webportal get hang and mails are not sent out from SmarterTrack. Upon investigating I found some MS SQL I/O error on system. I have heavy mail flow and have regular maintenance and upgrades (Current Version 10.1 and Planning to update 10.4 shortly) as well. Moreover my VM's is fully resourced equipped and during this time VM hardware utilization is normal.
