Updated to latest version SmarterMail Release -- Build 7153. Now the disk usage of the mailbox and domains are incorrectely reported.

Resolved
After updating SmarterMail to the latest Build 7153, the disk usage reported for mails and domains is incorrect.
For example, I have a user with 1.37 GB of space, but the WebMail only reports 46MB.
Of this user I can see all the emails from the webmail (so I haven't lost them), and there are thousands of them, many of which are large megabytes, so the report is clearly wrong.

The same thing happens for the disk usage report of the domains on the main administration page.

This happens with many users but not all.

Hello,

We recently added a command to refresh disk usage. Can you please try this and see if it works for you.

  • highlight all users
  • select sub-menu (...)
  • "Refresh Disk Space"

Thank you

Hi Tony,

Does this disk reporting issue also affect disk usage reporting via api?
