SmarterTrack Install - The page or resource that you are accessing is unavailable

Resolved
Installing SmarterTrack on top of IIS that is already hosting production/working SmarterMail install.

Installation proceeds fine and finishes.  Configuration website comes up with an error.  Page = N/A  Message = The page or resource that you are accessing is unavailable or an error has occurred.  Bindings have no hostname, only IP/port.  

Not sure where to go from here.

Can you try manually adding a binding with the details below and let us know your results?

Hostname: localhost
Port: 9998
IP Address: Associate this first with all (*) and if that doesn't work try binding it to the server's internal LAN address.

Same error comes up but it seems to take a bit longer.

David.  Can you check today's error log in C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack\MRS\App_Data\Logs

Is it saying not able to connect to your database?

Yes, it's looking for a SQL server.....

David.  Go to MRS\App_Data\Config.   Delete the SystemSettings.xml file, and then restart the SmarterTrack application pool.  This will bring you back to the database connection wizard.
