Downgrade License?

Is it possible to downgrade a license from Enterprise to Professional?  Most of the reason I chose to upgrade to Enterprise was to get the Scheduled Email Reports.  Since this feature is no longer part of 16/17/100 I no longer want the additional expense of Annual Enterprise Maintenance and Support.
