Cannot reset admin password

Have followed the knowledge base instructions multiple times, including the two alternatives when there is a suspected permissions problem.  Not a huge deal, just mentioning it may be problematic like the other issues found in the past several days, all of which so far have been confirmed by support.

Hello Scott, was this against the latest SmarterMail release, and if so what build number did you try this against?

Probably the build from Friday.  6915.  But not the 6915 released later in the evening Friday.
