In SmarterMail 16.x, I see the Detail/Sharing nodal on an account's My Calendar, but if I try to create other calendars in that account, I don't get the option to share them. I believe this was easy to do in previous versions of SM, i.e. any calendar created could be shared.

Example: we have two users, X and Y, that each use their personal My Calendar. They want to create a third calendar that will be shared between them. How do they do that now in SM 16?
