Hello there,

I was wondering if being able to preview/play auido, pdf and document attachments would be a possibility within the ticket system instead of the download?

The reason being is that we would like to remove the option for downloading of attachments and make sure that customer details stay strictly within the system.

I have some custom code that I could re-purpose for this from our previous system if someone knows where specifically the ticket attachments code would be located? I would also be willing to contribute this code back to SmarterTools for their use as well.
