Can not edit signatures anymore (SM16)

Hi,

Our customers have reported that they can't edit their existing signatures. When you want to edit it, the signature is empty and it doesn't save any changes.

I was able to reproduce it by creating a new signature and trying to edit it.

We would like to open a ticket for this issue but we have already 2 other tickets that are still waiting to be fixed.
So we're temporarily out of tickets...

What version of SmarterMail are you running?  This was fixed in the latest release of SM16.

Hi Robert and thank you for your answer.

We're running 16.3.6870.

I've just read again the changelog of 6870. I don't see any notes about signatures.

We've tried with different accounts to create a signature, then edit it and put some text, save the signature. When opening it again it's empty.

Edit:
It seems that that the problem is the signature editor, not loading the current signature text,  when you edit an existing signature.

Nicholas, thank you for reporting this.  I can confirm that the issue has been resolved and will be in the next release.  You are correct that the issue was with the actual editor with modals and NOT the signature itself.
