Add to Visible fields "Opening Date"

Hi,
 
I think that add again a basic information like the "Opening Date" of a ticket in the Visilble fields (like the 12x version) would be essential to work.
 
Now, to see that Date, I have to select every ticket and scroll down until the first message, yes, we have Idle time and Duration, but is not the same thing (praticality speaking).
 
I hope that will be done.

We just went live on Build 7074 coming from a much older version.  The one field I really miss so far is the original create date of the ticket.  I see in your note above but when I click "..." Visible Fields, I don't see the create date or "open date" in the list.  How can I make "create date/open date" more prominent?
