Add to Visible fields "Opening Date"

I think that add again a basic information like the "Opening Date" of a ticket in the Visilble fields (like the 12x version) would be essential to work.
Now, to see that Date, I have to select every ticket and scroll down until the first message, yes, we have Idle time and Duration, but is not the same thing (praticality speaking).
I hope that will be done.
