Bad Request in WebDAV after login
Question asked by Ng Cher Choon - 9/1/2018 at 7:52 AM
Unanswered
I tried to configure a WebDAV in IIS in Windows Server 2016.

When I try to login to https://mail.mydomain.com/WebDAV/, the login appears. Upon successful login, the BAD REQUEST appears and I did a check on the log files in the WebDAV found under the Troubleshooting section, there is no log found.

Hence, I do not know what went wrong and how I should go about doing it? What can I do from here?

We tried to use the Chrome for testing and also the CardDav Sync apps for Android mobile.

For the chrome, after the sucessful login, we are prompted with Bad Request.

For the CardDav Sync apps, we have this:

20180905T034945Z I org.dmfs.carddav.authenticator.AuthenticatorActivity addressbook discovery log:
20180905T034945Z V org.dmfs.dav.Dav get principal /.well-known/carddav

App: org.dmfs.carddav.sync
App version: 0.4.21
OS version: 26
OS Info: samsung/greatltexx/greatlte:8.0.0/R16NW/N950FXXU4CRGA:user/release-keys

You aren't able to login with a browser. WebDAV is a protocol that the client needs to be able to understand. I'd suggest using a client to do your testing of WebDAV.
