Users cannot search on tickets

Not A Problem
Hi Team,
Currently using SmarterTrack version 14.1.6781.24670.
When users access the Tickets section and search, the search button does not appear to work.
Regardless of the search criteria provided, clicking the search button itself does not appear to filter the results in any way. It is as if the button is disabled in this version.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We are unable to recreate this issue locally. I would recommend opening a support ticket so we can provide a more personalized support.
