Other trends over time

New user. I have logs for years such that I would love to see trends of Browser Version (for example) over time. It's a pain to produce individual monthly reports for so many months. Is something possible?
 
As a last resort, if I could be pointed in the right direction to get all Browser Version counts by visitor I would import it into Excel.
