Re-create the Default Custom Report: CEO Overview

SmarterStats comes with seven default custom reports that can be modified to meet organizational needs. In the case that these default custom reports are deleted they can be re-created.

If you have moved SmarterStats to another server, the product may need to be reactivated.

Applies to SmarterStats 6.x-11.x

Follow these steps to reactivate SmarterStats:

  1. Log into SmarterStats as the system administrator. 
  2. Click the Settings icon.
  3. Expand the Activation folder in the navigation pane.
  4. Click Licensing in the navigation pane. The licensing information will load in the content pane.
  5. Click Reactivate in the content pane toolbar.
