Which configration / setting could prevent Gmail from reaching to local account and SmarterMail log?

I have a problem receiving messages to any of my domains users from Gmail started 2 days ago! Which configuration / setting could prevent Gmail from reaching to local account and SmarterMail log that I might have changed to cause this? OR where I can find solution whil sending from local users to Gmail and other providers are okay and all domains marked as success for SPF, DKIM and DMARC in Gmail original messages source.
 
Notes:

1 - No reporting or failure messages generated from Gmail side
2 - None of sent messages appeared in Spool and a lot of test  sent email messages doesn't show in log ( with or without spam check and weight )
3 - Using SmarterMail 16.XX and things was fine days ago

I had a similar issue
 
It turned out to be multiple things.
The  notes that were mentioned in the thread by others, and also, one of the gmail servers got blacklisted.  I have our detection for harvesting emails set pretty aggressive, and someone was banging away sending to email accounts on our server that did not exist any longer.  It banned some of Gmails servers from even connecting.
